RULES AND CONDITIONS of the NOVOMATIC Gaming Colombia Sweepstakes
- Identification of the organizing company: The sweepstakes is organized by NOVOMATIC Gaming Colombia S.A.S., located at Autopista Nte # 122 -35, Bogotá, Colombia, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer".
- Duration of the promotion: The promotion will be valid from 02/13/2024 up to and including 12/13/2024. Any entries received before or after these dates will not be considered valid.
- Scope: The sweepstakes is open exclusively to casino floor machine technicians who meet the following requirements:
a) To be an active casino room machine technician in the Colombian territory.
b) Be registered in NOVOMATIC Club (www.novomaticclub.com), platform of NOVOMATIC Gaming Colombia.
c) Residing in Colombia.
- Mechanics to participate in the raffle:
a) If the casino floor machine technician is not registered on the NOVOMATIC Club platform, he/she must register by completing the form provided by the Organizer for this purpose. Once consent has been granted by the Organizer as an active member of the NOVOMATIC Club platform, the technician must log in to his account and give his consent to participate in the sweepstakes by pressing the "I want to participate" call-to-action button.
b) Casino floor machine technicians who are already registered on the NOVOMATIC Club platform must log in to the platform and click on the "I want to participate" call-to-action button to participate in the sweepstakes.
- Awards:
a) First Prize: JBL Flip 6 speaker.
b) Second Prize: JBL Tune Flex headphones.
c) Third Prize: Samsonite 15.4" Notebook Backpack Black
- Raffle: The drawing will be held on 12/17/2024. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible participants. The platform chosen to carry out the sweepstakes is https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados.
- Notification of winners: Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days after the drawing. In addition, the names of the winners will be announced on the NOVOMATIC Club platform and on the Organizer's social networks.
- Awards ceremony: Prizes will be delivered to the winners within a reasonable time after they have been notified and have provided the necessary information for delivery. Winners will be responsible for providing a valid address within Colombia for shipment of prizes.
- Advertising: By participating in the sweepstakes, winners grant the Organizer the right to use their names, images and any other relevant data for advertising and promotional purposes related to the sweepstakes, without any additional compensation.
- General conditions:
a) The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the draw in case of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control.
b) Drawing is void where prohibited by law.
c) Participation in the sweepstakes implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
